NOTE:
1. The children's program will be prioritized first.
2. The duration of the performance & the MP3 format of the music has to be send by Dec 20th 2024 .
3. Duration of the performance should be between 5- 9min. Exceptions will be made for Skit or Drama performance.
4. Program details must be submitted by participants by 20th Dec 2024
5. Program spots will not be reserved for any teams or individuals.
( special cases may consider)
The SMA Coordination committee will determine the order and send to executive committee for approval. At the event, if multiple requests for the same spot or time come up, then a draw will be conducted among participants and will be decided along with committee members.
*Failure to provide the above details before 20th Dec 2024, the performances will not be accepted*.
